FREKANS 2025

Galeri Soyut / Çankaya welcomes art lovers with its new project “Frekans”, where different styles meet on a common plane in the final exhibition of the year. On view from December 5 to December 30, 2025, the exhibition brings together works produced by numerous artists from different disciplines in specific standard sizes, offering a holistic and rhythmic structure.

As part of the exhibition, each artist takes part with a total of 7 works, consisting of 6 works measuring 40×40 cm and 1 work measuring 130×65 cm. This uniformity of dimensions creates a strong order, visual flow, and shared vibration within the exhibition space. The title “Frekans” precisely points to this collective movement formed by rhythmic repetition, regular iteration, and the repetition of the artists' own internal arrangements within the integrity of the exhibition.

Galeri Soyut's long-standing year-end exhibition tradition gains a new dimension with this project. While the order created by standard dimensions strengthens the viewer's perception, it also reveals a rich selection. This approach supports both an economic model that respects artist rights and a democratic understanding of art that highlights the quality of small-scale works.

“Frekans” offers a qualified and strong exhibition experience by integrating the diversity created by multi-artist participation within a common structure. Making the illuminating power of art visible once again in dark times, the exhibition invites the viewer to a shared rhythm, vibration, and richness.
