TURGUT AKARSU (1988), eserleri Galeri Soyut arşivinde yer alan sanatçılardandır. Galeri Soyut sitesinde sanatçının 161 eseri ve 28 sergisi kayıtlı (eserlerin tarih aralığı 2013–2025). Sitedeki eserlerinde en çok görülen teknikler: Tuval üzeri yağlı boya, Tuval üzeri akrilik boya, Tuval üzeri yağlı boya ve akrilik boya. Born in Kastamonu in 1988, Turgut Akarsu graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Ceramics in 2013. Continuing his work in his studio in Eskişehir, the artist has participated in numerous group exhibitions and art fairs, taken part in many domestic and international art events, and held 4 solo exhibitions. The artist's works are also included in the collections of the Embassies of the Republic of Turkey in Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia) and Quito (Ecuador) within the scope of a project carried out under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey.
In the artist's universe, home is not merely a shelter, but a metaphor for existence and belonging. While female figures carry the creative power and transformative energy of life, birds flutter within this world as symbols of freedom and the longing to return home. Abstract textures, on the other hand, present a map of emotions, memories, and traces representing the unseen face of home, serving as a reflection of emotional depth in Akarsu's world.

While laying bare the quest for home—the shared story of human and nature—this exhibition invites us to reflect on belonging, hope, and the cycle of life. Through the power of woman, the freedom of birds, and abstractions, we trace the footprints of our homes together.
