Ali Herischi graduated from the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts, Faculty of Decorative and Applied Arts, and is an artist known in the art world particularly for his abstract and figurative paintings. Also drawing attention with his creative artistic performances and live painting shows, Herischi has left an important mark not only with his works but also as an expert instructor.

Throughout his art career, he pursued an academic career at Gazi University for 24 years and introduced many students to the contemporary art world. He carried out his educational mission in parallel with his artistic life and ensured the continuity of art by training young artists.

Herischi has participated in prestigious art fairs in the international arena, opened solo exhibitions, and taken part in group exhibitions. By capturing the dynamics and continuity of modern art through his painting, design, and photography works, the artist has produced significant works. By giving lectures, he has conveyed his artistic and personal perspectives to wide audiences and increased his impact in this field.

Defining his art as a "fiction" and "reflection," which are the essence of art, Herischi argues that art is both a form of reality and a surreal form of expression. Stating that art is a process of making sense of our existence, the artist emphasizes that art has its own will, experience, and forms of existence. Setting out from this perspective and developing his philosophy of art, Herischi states that art is a subject awaiting its continuity and comprehensibility.

Herischi continues his work in his studio in Ankara and continues to play an active and pioneering role in the interactive art world. Defining his art as the transformation of the artistic process into inner reality, the artist approaches art on the axis of subjectivity and continuity.
