Galeri Soyut Çankaya is hosting Musa Güney's solo painting exhibition titled "Ritim" in Hall A from April 25 to May 14, 2025.

THE RHYTHM IN THE HARMONY OF CHAOS

Musa Güney is an artist who embodies rhythm and thought through colors and forms. In addition to being part of a serious paradigm of abstraction, his paintings are almost the product of an emanation, kneading almost every stimulus that human perception can grasp with all human emotions and thoughts.

The subject, drawing an aesthetic harmony from the exaggerated chaos of reality's tiny harmony, passes the DNA of the object through its own filter under a microscope and spews it out as colors and things.

The new structure, which recreates a worn-out piece of order and constructs chaos by kneading it with its own colors, challenges the mind, appealing to both the emotion and enthusiasm of the subject as well as its intellect.

The mischievous child of painting, defying time and especially space, pursues a painting that pushes boundaries despite the limitation of the object with its artistic stance.

In Güney's paintings, to ignore the libidinal brushstrokes mixed with a partial anger, containing serious aesthetic concerns, plastered sometimes with pessimism, sometimes with melancholy, and sometimes with a euphoric happiness, would be to miss this extraordinary criminal architecture.

Setting out from something, Güney presents everything in a world of subjects where nothing is the same for everyone, to eyes and consciousnesses looking with an aesthetic attitude.
